Allocation Plan

The Plan of allocation of radio frequency bands shall define radio frequency bands for individual radio communications services, and basic terms of use of radio frequency spectrum, in accordance with international acts in the field of radio communications.

The Radio Frequency Allocation Plan shall be adopted by the Government at the Agency’s proposal.
