RF spectrum

Radio frequency spectrum is a limited natural resource which represents the property of general interest which bearer of property rights and responsibilities is Montenegro. The competent state bodies shall, in accordance with acts of international law applicable in Montenegro, ensure the effective and uninterrupted use of the radio frequency spectrum of Montenegro and shall ensure the rights of Montenegro to orbital positions. The Agency shall manage, supervise and control the use of the radio frequency spectrum, in accordance with the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan and Radio Frequency Allotment Plan, and the Law on Electronic Communications.
