Numbering and adresses

The Agency manages the Numbering Plan and the Addressing Plan in line with the Numbering Plan and Addressing Plan, which includes planning, the use and allocation of numbers and addresses as a limited resource in way enabling their rational, balanced and efficient use. 

The Agency adopts the Numbering Plan and the Addressing Plan.

The Numbering Plan determines the purpose and the manner of use of the numbers for the access to the public electronic communications networks and public electronic communications services as well as their length, type and structure. 

The Addressing Plan includes the following: definition and structure of codes of international signalling points, codes of the national signalling points, mobile networks codes, identity network code for data transmission and the manner of operation.
