DECISION on the adoption of the Agency Work Program for 2009

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No.50/08), the Parliament of Montenegro of the 23rd summon, at the ninth meeting of its regular session in 2008, made on 27 December 2008 the DECISION on the adoption of the Financial Plan of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services for 2009.

Articles 84 and 97 of the Law prescribe that the Ministry shall stipulate a methodology and procedure of calculating this fee for the use of radio frequencies and numbering and-or addresses shown by means of tariff points and the Agency, based upon an estimation of total annual regulatory expenses, shall initialize monetary value of a tariff point to be used in calculating the tariff, which shall be entered in financial plan for next calendar year. The amount of the fee has been set by the Government by adopting the Agency’s financial plan, where the money value of the tariff point for use of radio frequencies amounts to 2.30€ and 0.63€ for the use of numbering and/or addresses.

At the same session, the Parliament made a DECISION on the adoption of the Agency Work Program for 2009.
