Infofest issued a new award to the Agency
At the joint closing session of Steering Committee and the Committee of Experts of the Festival of IT Achievements INFOFEST-2012 held on 5th October 2012 at Milocer, it was decided that a special award was to be issued to the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services for outstanding program quality of the X International Conference of regulatory authorities in the sector of electronic communications. At the INFOFEST closing ceremony, the awards were presented by Dr Milica Pejanovic-Djurisic, President of the Committee of Experts of INFOFEST and Radule Novovic, Deputy Minister for Information Society and Telecommunications. The number of mobile user's at the end of 2008
At the end of December 2008, the number of mobile telephony users in Montenegro amounted to 1,150,459, which corresponded to the penetration of 185.51%. In comparison with the same period in 2007, the number of users was bigger by 9.99%. Out of this number, 871,611 were prepaid customers and 278,848 were post-paid customers. ...

ITU vacant post
The International Telecommunication Union – ITU sent a notice by a circular letter about the currently vacant post with the ITU (No P44-2008) for the head of ICT and Cyber Security Department for the period of two years.
The qualifications that the candidate has to possess are specified in the letter that can be found in the Agency, and the deadline for the submission of applications is 6 January 2009.
