Public Consultations
In the field of electronic communications, the Agency for Electronic
Communications is responsible, inter alia, for “for market research and the
survey of public opinion, and to conduct open consultation processes, making
it possible for all interested parties to give objections and comments
related to initiatives, measures, decisions and acts that the Agency
prepares, proposes and adopts.”
For that purpose, the Agency is developing a Public document on the
conduction of consultative process, in compliance with responsibilities and
obligations attributed to the Agency under the new Law on Electronic
Communications, which will improve the to-date valid Public consultative
document adopted in accordance with the Law on Telecommunications, which
ceased to exist by the adoption of the new Law.
The public document on the conduction of a consultation process shall be
published on the pages of the Agency’s Internet presentation following its
adoption.
